Shepherd Center — a leading rehabilitation hospital for people with spinal cord injury, brain injury, and other neuromuscular conditions in The U.S. — wanted to build its base of partner hospitals and corporations. The goal was to be a provider of choice for specialized post-acute recovery, helping people and organizations manage costs. Shepherd Center needed to give its new program a brand identity and launch it.

ClearWing partnered with Annatto — a branding, graphic design, and marketing agency — to help.

  • We started with naming the new program and creating key messaging to support all future marketing efforts. A discovery process helped us learn about Shepherd Center’s vision for its new program and how it would help hospitals, employers and ultimately, patients. We then facilitated the process of creating a program name and strong key messaging that built credibility. ShepherdConnect was ultimately chosen as the program name.

  • We then planned the content for and wrote an 8-page booklet and supporting inserts.

  • Finally, ClearWing supported Shepherd’s marketing team with a press release.
